Shumit Banerjee
Director
Shumit is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years of experience, particularly in areas of corporate restructuring, insolvency support and business consulting. He has worked at national accounting firms for over a decade, with extensive experience in distressed property workouts and pre-lending reviews. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including sports and community clubs, hospitality and construction.
Priding himself on his personalised and professional approach, Shumit understands that personal and business insolvency can be a stressful time. His innovative, commercial approach, combined with clear communication and skillful stakeholder management, ensures fast, high-value results for his clients.
Shumit regularly assists boards, creditors, shareholders, purchases and other parties in dealing with financial challenges, and is particularly proud of the businesses he has helped to save from insolvency and return to stability.
